Overview
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Children's Services team, based in Swansea.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases within CASP, Child Protection, PLO, Court, and Locality teams.
- Complete assessments of children and families.
- Support children and families through child protection and court processes.
- Safeguard children and improve outcomes for families.
- Work with families and multi-agency professionals.
- Prepare reports, assessments, and care plans.
- Follow the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 and Wales Safeguarding Procedures.
- Use a strengths-based, child-focused approach.

Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role you must have
- Degree in Social Work (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Registration with Social Care Wales.
- A minimum of three years’ experience within a Children’s Social Work setting.
- Relevant post-qualified Social Work experience.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
- Right to work in the UK
