- Your Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with children, young people and families to achieve positive outcomes.
- Complete assessments, intervention plans and reviews.
- Undertake Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children's work.
- Build strong relationships with families using a restorative approach.
- Work closely with partner agencies to coordinate support and deliver effective interventions.
- For This Role You Will Need
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, Dip SW or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Successful completion of ASYE.
- Previous experience within Children's Frontline Services.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
