Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join the Repairs, Maintenance and Investment Team for its client based in Slough. This role focuses on managing the Aids and Adaptations waiting list, ensuring timely and effective support for residents requiring equipment and home modifications to maintain independence and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Aids and Adaptations waiting list.
  • Liaise with service users, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate timely interventions.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews as needed to support appropriate adaptations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practice, including the Care Act 2014.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
