The Mental Health team, located in Slough, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult Social Worker. This role involves supporting adults with mental health issues, providing comprehensive assessments, and developing individualized care plans. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with individuals, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to promote mental well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults' mental health needs and develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role you must have SWE registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, have at least 2 years of post-qualified experience in social work and hold a full UK driving licence.
