  • Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a complex caseload of adults requiring assessment, support and safeguarding intervention.
  • Undertake Care Act Assessments and statutory reviews.
  • Complete Mental Capacity Act assessments and chair Best Interest meetings.
  • Lead on safeguarding enquiries and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards work.
  • Support the Team Manager by providing guidance and leadership to Social Workers and Social Care Assessors.
  • For This Role You Will Need
  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree, CQSW, Dip SW or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Successful completion of ASYE.
  • At least 3 years' post-qualified experience within Adult Social Care.
  • Knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Adult Safeguarding legislation.
