Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for the Adults First Contact Team at Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust. To be successful you must have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Degree level qualification in Social Work
- Post-qualified experience
Responsibilities:
- Completing Care Act assessments on wards
- Supporting MDTs
- Organizing and prioritizing caseloads for timely discharges
- Conducting Mental Capacity Assessments
- Best Interest Discussions
- Safeguarding adults
Experience in fast-paced environments and knowledge of the Mental Health Act are essential.
