Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for Occupational Therapy Supervisor based in Hackney.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor tasks on behalf of the Occupational Therapy Service Manager to support the delivery of the team’s business objectives.
- Supervise a group of Occupational Therapy Assistants delivering services that contribute to continuous improvement across the Council.
- Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments for individuals referred by the Assessment Service who meet Fair Access to Care Services (FACS) criteria and have permanent or complex and substantial disabilities.
- Conduct re-assessments for individuals with long-term or progressive social care needs.
- Work in partnership with service users, carers, and a range of professionals to develop Occupational Therapy support packages that promote independence.
