Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy and Sensory Service in Ealing.
Working within the Duty Team, you'll manage a varied caseload, responding to new referrals, completing timely assessments and supporting adults to maximise their independence through a strengths-based approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to deliver effective, person-centred interventions.

Key responsibilities
- Manage a duty caseload, responding to new referrals and urgent assessments.
- Complete functional assessments to identify individuals' needs and promote independence.
- Recommend equipment, minor adaptations and appropriate interventions.
- Work closely with social workers, health professionals and community partners.
- Provide advice and guidance to residents, carers and professionals.
- Complete accurate assessments, reports and case records.
- Prioritise workload effectively while managing competing demands.
- Apply strengths-based practice and relevant legislation within day-to-day decision-making.
Essential requirements
- HCPC registered Occupational Therapist.
- Previous experience working within Adult Social Care or a community Occupational Therapy service.
- Experience managing a duty or fast-paced occupational therapy caseload.
