Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join its client's Adults, Health & Integration Service.
This is a senior-level position offering the opportunity to work within a progressive London Borough, managing complex cases and supporting the wider OT service.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Manage acomplex caseloadwithin Adult Social Care
- Complete Care Act assessmentsand strengths-based interventions
- Undertakefunctional assessmentswithin the community
- Provide recommendations forequipment, adaptations & moving/handling solutions
- Supporthospital discharge pathwaysand urgent referrals
- Work collaboratively within amulti-disciplinary team (MDT)
- Provideguidance/support to junior staffwhere required
- Maintain accurate and compliant case recording
Desirable
- Previous Senior OT experience
- Experience within a London Borough
- Background in integration / health partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
- Strong experience within Adults Social Care
- Experience managingcomplex cases
