Liquid Personnel is recruiting Occupational Therapist for its clients Intermediate Care team located based in Southwark. Join our clients integrated ICs team delivering short-term, targeted support to promote independence and recovery. This locum role focuses on reablement, manual handling, and personalised interventions in service users’ homes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OT assessments and develop reablement plans
- Deliver strengths-based interventions to support independence
- Provide standard and specialist equipment, and refer for adaptations
- Complete manual handling assessments and plans
- Maintain accurate electronic case records
- Support and guide junior staff and students
Qualifications & Experience
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in community or integrated care settings (desirable)
- Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
- Commitment to person-centred, strengths-based practice
