An exciting job role has recently become available for a Team Manager. They are looking for a new member to join the Communities team in Knowsley.
Responsibilities
- Manage the staff across the team to operate to the highest standard, ensuring effective case management is delivered to vulnerable customers and their carers or representatives.
- Oversee appropriate support planning and case management.
- Manage and plan services to meet the needs of individuals.
- Stay abreast of legislative developments and strategic requirements.
- Establish and improve service standards through information exchange and collaboration with partnership, commissioning, care management, and provider colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance with quality assurance systems and carry out quality audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications and Experiences
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
