Liquid Personnel is recruiting a qualified Social Worker for its client's Adult Review Team, based in Knowsley.
Responsibilities:
- Part of a generic adult social work Review Team completing scheduled and targeted Care Act reviews.
- Uses a strengths-based approach to assess ongoing needs and outcomes.
- Carries out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions.
- Includes duty responsibilities, requiring regular participation in duty rota.
- Focus on person-centred practice and compliance with Care Act principles.
