Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Initial Response Children's Social Worker to join a dedicated team based on the Isle of Man.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of children and families.
- Complete assessments and child protection enquiries.
- Respond to referrals and identify safeguarding concerns.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency professionals.
- Develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate case records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure children and families receive timely and appropriate support.
Requirements
- Recognised Social Work qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services.
- Experience within a UK or British Isles statutory setting.
- Strong safeguarding, assessment, and report-writing skills.
- Commitment to relocating to the Isle of Man.
