Pay Rate: £30-£32 per hour
Liquid Personnel is recruiting Senior Social Worker for its client's Child in Need in Hounslow.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Child in Need assessments to determine the level of support required.
- Develop and implement Child in Need plans in collaboration with families and professionals.
- Coordinate services such as housing, education, and health to meet the child’s needs.
- Monitor progress and review plans regularly to ensure effectiveness.
- Work with children who may be disabled, young carers, homeless, or affected by parental issues (e.g. imprisonment, substance misuse).
- Promote the child’s welfare while supporting family stability.
- Engage with families on a voluntary basis, unless safeguarding concerns arise.
- Liaise with multi-agency teams including schools, health professionals, and voluntary organisations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
