What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver person‑centred care that enriches the lives of service users and promotes engagement in structured activities and independent living.
- Manage safeguarding matters professionally, ensuring individuals are supported while protecting the reputation of the service.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including Local Authorities, Care Quality Commission (CQC), and commissioners, to strengthen the organisation’s profile.
- Act as the Operational Lead, ensuring consistent delivery of high‑quality care and adherence to best practice standards.
- Support service users through development and progression, promoting opportunities for positive move‑on where appropriate.

Essential Requirements
- Social Work England registration
