Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Locum Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Adult Community (Duty Team), based in Croydon.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily duty functions within the Adult Community Occupational Therapy Service, working closely with Duty Managers and Senior Practitioners.
- Triage, prioritise, and allocate Occupational Therapy referrals in a timely manner.
- Provide updates, feedback, and reports as required to support service delivery.
- Support effective risk management and waiting list management.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and service performance.
- Support training and development of staff within the duty function.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current HCPC registration (essential).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Proven experience in Adult Social Care Occupational Therapy.
- Strong knowledge of specialist equipment provision, major adaptations, and manual handling of people.
- Up‑to‑date moving and handling skills.
- Good understanding of relevant Social Care and Health legislation.
- Knowledge of community services and referral pathways.
