Liquid Personnel are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Adult Social Care Reviewing Team in Central Bedfordshire on a fixed-term project basis. The role focuses on reviewing and evaluating existing care and support arrangements to promote independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
You will work with individuals, families and partner agencies to conduct strengths-based assessments, reassess needs and ensure plans remain appropriate, proportionate and outcome-focused.
