Group Internal Audit (GIA) is responsible for enhancing and protecting the organisational value of TP ICAP plc globally by providing risk‑based and objective assurance, advice and insight. The team assesses the adequacy and effectiveness of TP ICAP’s risk management, control, and governance processes and makes recommendations for improvements.

This role supports the Head of Audit (HoA) EMEA by driving and delivering a portfolio of high‑quality risk‑based audit services across the business; and assisting in the management of strategic relationships with key GIA stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of high‑quality audit reporting to time and cost budgets.
  • Primary accountability to the audit leads, with responsibility for audit execution within that portfolio.
  • Travel (approx. 20% depending on portfolio) is a requirement of this role.

Experience / Competences

Essential

  • Prior governance experience with a background in Audit, Risk, Compliance or a similar controls role.
  • Qualified with either ACA, ACCA, CISA, CISM or similar.
  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised with a proactive approach.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem‑solving skills.
  • Client Focused - Personable and engaging, able to communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrates ability to work effectively with others.
  • Operates with professional Integrity, able to demonstrate honesty, integrity and professionalism.

  • Prior exposure to Financial Services.
  • Open to innovative ideas / experiences and ability to create new ideas, approaches or insights.
