Working closely with Product Managers, developers, UX, QA, and business stakeholders, the PO translates strategic objectives into clear, actionable user stories, guides delivery execution, and drives continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

This role sits at the centre of a broader platform transformation, enhancing and delivering business value on existing systems while iteratively modernising our technology landscape to support greater scalability, performance, and innovation.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align delivery with product vision and roadmap.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements, providing business context, and guiding sprint objectives.
  • Lead creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting artefacts (e.g., workflows, mock-ups).
  • Actively engage with business stakeholders, including front-office users, to gather feedback and refine solutions.
  • Apply customer-centric thinking using data, feedback, and usability insights to validate priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-team delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritisation reviews.
  • Review prototypes, proofs of concept, and delivered increments to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Support UAT and ensure functional outcomes meet customer and business expectations.
  • Take ownership of delivery outcomes, ensuring committed scope is delivered and blockers are actively managed.
