- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of features, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements and agreed delivery milestones.
- Support governance processes related to scope definition, estimation and milestone tracking using strong domain knowledge.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and impediments—communicating these early to minimise impact on delivery.
- Help teams understand the purpose and value of each milestone, release and workflow.
- Promote consistent engagement with SDLC processes and support teams in maintaining a predictable release cadence.
- Deliver both functional and non‑functional requirements clearly and accurately.
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions on prioritisation, scope and solution design.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best‑practice development within the BA community.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and innovation within the Equities delivery landscape.
- Support ad‑hoc tasks and initiatives as required.
Experience / Competences:
Essential:
- SME experience with Order Management Systems (e.g., TRAFIX) and solid understanding of trading applications and the trade lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global change backlogs, including prioritisation and coordination with vendors and internal teams.
- Skilled at balancing BAU and project work in fast‑paced environments.
- Experience improving governance processes (scope, estimation, release planning, milestone tracking).
- Proven capability to gather, articulate and communicate business and technical requirements clearly.
- Confident in challenging assumptions, designs and delivery approaches to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Effective in Agile/SAFe environments, collaborating across local and distributed teams.
- Proficient with Jira or similar issue‑management tools.
- Proven understanding of SDLC and commitment to quality through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Ability to contribute to functional testing and support automation efforts.

- Experience of TRAFIX OMS/ DMS platform.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle and order management.
