Looking for a Summer Internship for 2026 in a Finance role within Financial Services? We are offering talented students the opportunity to gain valuable insight and hands-on experience in our business. The internship will offer a 10 week immersive experience during the summer in our London offices, taking place between June to August 2026.

The opportunity: We are recruiting for a number of Summer Interns to join the Finance function, where you will gain unique insight into our Finance division, the people who perform that role and our industry. While day-to-day responsibilities will vary based on your placement, this represents an incredible opportunity to build your foundational knowledge, professional skills and experiences to take your career in many different directions, including the opportunity to secure a permanent opportunity upon completion of the internship.

Ideal candidates will be excited to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment. If you consider yourself a driven, delivery focused individual with an eye for detail, we believe this opportunity is for you.

What you can expect: Across the 10 week internship in the Finance division, you will observe a rotation across a number of teams. You will be working with subject matter experts in a number of fields, getting insight and hands-on experience with exposure to areas and duties including (but not limited to):

  • Journal entry
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Supplier invoicing
  • Credit control
  • Management accounts preparation
  • Regulatory (FCA / CBI) reports
  • Commission system maintenance

  • Month end and half year close procedures
  • Financial modelling
  • Treasury management
  • Ad hoc project work including reporting system automation and improvement

What you can get from the role: This internship is perfect for someone contemplating a career in finance/accountancy. The successful applicant will gain experience working across various areas of finance and, through their work, gain an understanding of the financial services industry. They will also have an opportunity to interact with various departments (Strategy, Compliance, Technology & Operations) and thereby develop an understanding of the end-to-end operation of a FTSE listed company.

What we require from you: You will be a penultimate year student in full-time study with an expected graduation date between July 2026 to August 2027. A clear interest in both Financial Services and the role of a Finance/Accountancy professional. A passion for working with people and numbers. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to work effectively with a diverse team. Can demonstrate both analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. An eye for detail. Comfortable with ambiguous, ever-changing situations. Prior exposure to the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
