The predicted salary is between 49500 - 60500 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a Project Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, governance and coordination support to the ERP Programme Manager and wider project team.

The role is responsible for ensuring effective project controls, accurate reporting, documentation management, meeting coordination, and maintenance of programme governance processes.

Following the completion of the ERP Programme, the role will transition into supporting multiple projects and change initiatives across the business, helping to ensure projects are delivered in a structured, organised and well-governed manner.

The Role – Project Administrator Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, recording actions, and tracking progress.

Maintain accurate and organised project documentation, templates, and records.

Manage project tools and systems, ensuring tasks, workflows, and reporting are kept up to date.

Monitor project action, risks, issues, and key decisions Support project planning by updating schedules, milestones, and progress reports.

Assists with resource planning and team workload tracking Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
