As an Accounts Receivable Finance Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced accounts department. You will be responsible for supporting our customers, ensuring any queries are resolved and customer account records and transactions are kept in good order.
Working as part of the Accounts Receivable team, you will be involved with:
- Raising invoices to our customers
- Issuing credit notes
- Posting the customer transactions (including receipts from the bank) onto the customer financial records
- Resolving any transaction disputes that may arise
You will ensure that financial records are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
