As a Field Service Team Leader, you will be a self-driven, personable professional who instils a high priority on delivering the wow service to customers as well as to colleagues; one who thrives as a leader of a well-skilled team. Based in field, you will lead a team of engineers, providing coaching, training and support through daily communication, regular visits and spot-checks as well as team and individual meetings.
Leading by example, you will manage your time well, identifying and proposing best practice across the team, offering solutions on a regular basis and work with other departments to promote great working relationships.
