As an Executive Assistant to Sales, you will provide high-level support to the Head of Sales (Field & National) and the wider Sales Leadership team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of sales operations, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy and delivery. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Your contribution will help maximise the effectiveness of the sales function and strengthen collaboration across the team.
The Role - Executive Assistant
- Full diary management, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple time zones and priorities.
- Inbox management, including monitoring, flagging, and drafting responses where appropriate.
- Preparation of documents, decks, briefing packs, and reports ahead of key meetings.
- Support with expense management and approval.
- Assist with client meeting preparation, ensuring all background materials and data are collated and presented.
- Coordinate travel logistics and accommodation for sales leaders, and the wider sales team as part of the booking team.
- Organise and minute leadership and team meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on agreed actions.
- Support with the preparation and collation of 1-1's and competency check documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external sales events, conferences and customer hospitality.
- Manage stock for showrooms, promotional materials and event giveaways.
- Provide deal support, including coordination of approvals, agreements and supporting materials.
- Handle all administrative tasks such as processing fines/tickets, correspondence and ad hoc assignments.
What You Will Need In The Role of Executive Assistant
- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Sales Administrator or similar role, supporting 2 leaders.
- IT proficient, with a good understanding of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM/ERP systems.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and information and translate into meaningful written or visual content.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team.
