We're supporting a major Housing Association with the urgent appointment of three Complex Works Coordinators to help manage high-risk repairs and Awaab's Law related cases. This is not a basic admin role. You'll be the first point of escalation for complex repairs, managing cases end to end and ensuring contractors deliver to target.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing complex repairs and project works
- Owning damp & mould processes and trackers
- Handling aged WIP and high-profile complaints
- Preventing escalation to disrepair claims
- Managing contractors against contractual targets
- Allocating surveyor inspections and tracking actions
- Managing cases via MS Dynamics (Customer Hub) and NEC
- Delivering actions from FRA and HHSRS surveys
- Triage and prioritisation of high-risk repairs
What we need:
- Social housing repairs background essential
- Strong case management and escalation handling
- Experience managing contractors and performance
- Confident working under pressure
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Able to prioritise competing workloads
- Comfortable analysing data and updating systems accurately
