Join a leading G15 organisation delivering high-quality accommodation for key workers, right at the heart of a live healthcare environment. This is not your typical Property Manager role. You'll be the on-site lead for a key worker residential scheme - managing compliance, resident experience, and stakeholder relationships in a high-profile setting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a key worker accommodation scheme (HMO environment)
  • Carrying out estate & communal inspections
  • Owning health & safety compliance, including FRAs and risk management
  • Handling complaints and service delivery, protecting standards and reputation
  • Working closely with senior external stakeholders, including NHS partners
  • Managing records, systems and income streams with accuracy

What makes this role different:

  • This is a high-visibility, high-accountability environment where:
  • Standards are closely monitored
  • Stakeholder expectations are high
  • Compliance and safety are critical

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in Property / Building / Estate Management
  • Strong understanding of HMOs - including regulations, safety and compliance
  • Experience managing health & safety, fire safety (FRA actions), and risk assessments
  • Confident working on-site in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy setting
  • Able to communicate clearly, take ownership, and solve problems quickly

What's in it for you:

  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Competitive pension scheme (up to 12% employer contribution)
  • Hybrid working options across the wider organisation (where applicable)
  • Clear progression pathways and internal development opportunities
  • Funded training & qualifications to support your career growth
  • Health & wellbeing support, including employee assistance programmes

Why apply?

  • Work in a purpose-driven role supporting key workers
