We’re seeking an experienced Skills Trainer to support learning and development across Housing and Leadership & Management (L&M) for a leading housing organisation. This is a permanent role offering a £45,000 salary, where you’ll deliver qualifications and learning support through a mix of classroom, online, and workplace-based teaching.

  • Salary: £42,000 per annum

Role Overview:

You’ll support apprentices and staff by delivering impactful learning experiences, preparing them for end-point assessments, and helping them grow professionally within the housing and leadership sectors.
