What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the single point of contact on-site for residents, clients and internal teams
- Managing a key worker accommodation scheme (HMO environment)
- Carrying out estate health complaints and service delivery, protecting standards and reputation
- Working closely with senior external stakeholders, including NHS partners
- Managing records, systems and income streams with accuracy
