As part of this growth, they are looking for a Housing Manager specialising in Leasehold and Shared Ownership to play a key role in managing their growing portfolio.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing and leasehold management service, acting as the key contact for leaseholders, shared owners and residents across a mixed-tenure portfolio. Working closely with residents, contractors and internal teams, you’ll ensure estates and buildings are well managed, compliant and delivering the standards residents expect.
