Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in residents' lives by delivering a high-quality, consistent, and resident-focused housing service.
Location: Required to report to the office in SW18 1-2 days per week, otherwise hybrid working or on patch covering Wandsworth & Croydon
Salary: Equivalent to up to £34,904 per annum, based on a 35-hour week
Interviews: Will be held in person in SW18, date TBC
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as the primary contact for residents in your patch, building strong relationships and ensuring they feel supported.
- Working closely with the Housing Management team to provide a seamless and reliable service.
- Driving improvements in resident satisfaction and ensuring residents have homes they’re happy in.
- Problem-solving and taking ownership of challenges to deliver the best outcomes for residents.
- Managing stakeholders effectively and engaging with a diverse customer base.
