We’re looking for an experienced and resident-focused Neighbourhood Housing Lead to join a respected housing association on a temp to perm basis.

You’ll cover the Lewisham and Bexley patch, delivering tenancy, property and estate services that put residents at the heart of everything you do.

Key Details:

  • Contract: Temp to Perm
  • Location: Lewisham & Bexley patch
  • Working Hours: Full-time
  • Rates: £26.22 p/h (umbrella) - Perm Salary (£36,000 - £41,200)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for residents, managing all tenancy and estate-related issues
  • Resolve ASB, tenancy breaches, safeguarding and property condition matters
  • Conduct home visits, audits, communal area inspections and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with contractors, internal departments and external agencies
  • Provide general tenancy and leasehold advice, including support around service charges
  • Represent the organisation at forums and resident meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management, housing law and compliance
  • Experience managing a housing patch or caseload in a frontline setting
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and resident engagement skills
  • Willingness to pursue IRPM or relevant housing qualification
  • A collaborative and empathetic approach
