£33,000 to £36,000 plus £4,800 car allowance. An established consultancy is hiring and looking to move quickly. This is a pure surveying role. No analyst work, no shifting goalposts. The hiring manager is clear on that and it’s why surveyors tend to stay.
The role is largely site based, typically four days out with one day working from home for reporting. There’s no fixed office requirement and no micromanagement. The team is long-standing, with very low staff turnover. They are keen to bring in someone who wants to build a career rather than treat this as a short stop.
