Senior Asset Manager£64,938–£68,460 | London SE1 | Permanent We’re recruiting for a Senior Asset Manager to join Southwark’s largest resident-managed housing organisation, responsible for around 1,600 homes across Borough and Bermondsey. This is a genuinely different kind of housing organisation. Strategic decisions are made by a Board of resident directors, meaning residents have a real voice in how their homes and communities are managed and invested in. Resident support for this model has remained at around 90% across six formal ballots over 25 years. The role You’ll lead asset management, planned investment, stock condition, sustainability and major works across the portfolio, including annual capital programmes worth £2m–£8m.
