We're currently recruiting for an experienced Project Managerto join a large, established housing organisation undergoing a period of significant transformation and service improvement.
This is amanager-level project delivery rolewithin the organisation's Strategic Planning & Transformation function, supporting complex change programmes designed to improve services, processes and customer outcomes.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a confident Project Manager with5+ years' experiencedelivering large, complex projects, ideally with experience managing projects valued at£1m+.
A particularly strong background would include recent experience ofimplementing or improving complaints processes, ideally within ahousing/social housing environmentand with exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You'll take ownership of projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation and change projects.
- Establish effective project governance, reporting structures, milestones and controls.
- Develop and manage robust project plans, business cases and budgets.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and project governance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, benefits and expected outcomes.
- Lead requirements gathering, testing, training and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Manage and coordinate project resources, including Business Analysts and other specialist teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence across the organisation.
- Manage suppliers, procurement activity and contract relationships.
- Ensure projects deliver measurable business and service improvements.
- Provide clear reporting and communicate complex information effectively.
About You
You'll ideally have
- 5+ years' Project Management experiencedelivering complex projects.
- Experience managing projects/programmes of£1m+ value.
- Recent experience deliveringcomplaints transformation, complaints process improvement or customer service change.
- Experience withinsocial housing/housingor a closely related public-sector environment.
- Ideally, experience working with MS Dynamics CRMor similar CRM platforms.
- Strong experience of change management, systems/process implementation and operational transformation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing suppliers, procurement and contracts.
- Strong governance, reporting, risk and budget management experience.
- A recognised project/change management qualification such as PRINCE2, APMG or MSPis desirable.

- Duration: Initial 4-month temporary assignment
- Equivalent day rate:£500-£600 per day Umbrella (Outside IR35/Ltd welcome)
