We’re currently working in partnership with one of London's leading G15 Housing Associations to appoint an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join their Property Services team covering their London or Hertfordshire patch.

The role will focus on managing responsive repairs, void properties, disrepair matters, and planned maintenance works, ensuring properties are maintained to a high technical and compliance standard.
The Opportunity:
- Manage day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance across a designated patch
- Carry out inspections, diagnose building defects, and specify remedial works
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to budget
- Manage void property inspections and planned maintenance delivery
- Provide technical guidance and ensure excellent customer outcomes for residents
- Support wider asset management and property investment programmes
About You:
- Proven experience within social housing maintenance or property services
- Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and construction
- Experience managing responsive repairs, voids, and planned works programmes
- Ability to diagnose defects and manage remedial solutions effectively
- Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
- Relevant building or construction qualification such as HNC/HND, CIOB, or equivalent preferred
