We are working with a well-established housing provider to recruit a Gas & Electrical Supervisor to support their Property Services team. This role is less about being the most technical person in the room and more about leading a team properly. The Role
- You’ll be responsible for managing operatives across gas and/or electrical works, ensuring the team is delivering efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a team of trade operatives
- Running one-to-ones, setting objectives and managing performance
- Driving productivity and addressing underperformance
- Overseeing day-to-day repairs, servicing and maintenance delivery
- Ensuring works are compliant with legislation and best practice
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and overall team output

Contract Details
- Circa £50,000 (pro rata)
- Temp to perm or fixed-term contract
- Minimum 3 months, likely longer
- Hybrid working with a base in Hemel Hempstead
