The Role

You’ll be at the heart of delivering and shaping high-quality health, safety and fire training across a wide range of clients. There’s real variety here. Different audiences, different environments, and the chance to influence how organisations approach safety day to day.

  • Delivering NEBOSH and wider H&S / Fire training
  • Developing and refining training materials to keep them sharp and relevant
  • Supporting training accreditations and standards
  • Providing practical health, safety and fire advice to clients
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the training function
  • Working closely with internal teams across projects and operations

You’ll split your time between home, London, and client sites, keeping things varied and engaging.

What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering NEBOSH training
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (Fire qualification highly beneficial)
  • Training qualification such as AET, PTLLS or Train the Trainer
  • IOSH membership or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety and fire, with the ability to explain it clearly
  • Confident delivering to a range of audiences
  • Happy commuting into London a few days a week

First Aid training experience is a bonus, with support available to gain this if needed.
