The Role
You’ll be at the heart of delivering and shaping high-quality health, safety and fire training across a wide range of clients. There’s real variety here. Different audiences, different environments, and the chance to influence how organisations approach safety day to day.
- Delivering NEBOSH and wider H&S / Fire training
- Developing and refining training materials to keep them sharp and relevant
- Supporting training accreditations and standards
- Providing practical health, safety and fire advice to clients
- Contributing to the continued growth of the training function
- Working closely with internal teams across projects and operations
You’ll split your time between home, London, and client sites, keeping things varied and engaging.
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering NEBOSH training
- NEBOSH General Certificate (Fire qualification highly beneficial)
- Training qualification such as AET, PTLLS or Train the Trainer
- IOSH membership or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of health, safety and fire, with the ability to explain it clearly
- Confident delivering to a range of audiences
- Happy commuting into London a few days a week
First Aid training experience is a bonus, with support available to gain this if needed.
