We are working with a well-established property risk and compliance consultancy that is looking to appoint a Health, Safety and Fire Consultant to support a growing client base across London and the surrounding areas. This is a varied consultancy role covering health, safety and fire compliance across a range of property settings. The role will involve site visits, client meetings, audits, inspections, risk reviews, safety management support and report writing.

You will need to be confident working directly with clients, managing your own workload and providing clear, practical advice.

Key requirements

  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent
  • FPA Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor course
  • Tech IOSH, ideally working towards Grad IOSH and Chartered status
  • Working towards IFSM, IFE or IIRSM membership would be beneficial
  • Strong knowledge of UK health, safety and fire legislation
  • Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk-based assessments
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
