Compliance Officer - BID

We’re looking for a Compliance Officer – BID to join our client’s team. This role is responsible for liaising with the London Fire Brigade, supporting regulatory compliance, and assisting with Section 20 leasehold works. Key Details: 3-month temporary contract (potential to extend) Hybrid working: Tues – Thurs in Kings Cross office, Mon & Fri remote 35 hours per week, 9 AM – 5 PM Rates: £26.80 ph PAYE / £35.23 ph UmbrellaYour Role: Liaise with the London Fire Brigade, supplying required documentation for notices of deficiencies and improvement notices. Support the Regulatory Liaison Officer by managing compliance-related queries and document uploads. Assist in Section 20 works and leasehold notifications, ensuring compliance with regulations. Monitor and respond to fire incidents and inspections, ensuring regulatory processes are followed. Collaborate with housing teams to issue and track Section 20 notifications. Maintain compliance records and support audit processes as required.What We’re Looking For: Experience dealing with fire compliance regulations and liaising with the London Fire Brigade. Knowledge of Section 20 works and leasehold compliance. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation efficiently. Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritising urgent tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.Why Apply?
