About the Role:
- Carry out a wide range of electrical repairs and installations (e.g. rewiring, testing, fault finding, showers, boilers).
- Deliver effective first-time fixes and ensure all works are completed to high standards.
- Work safely and in compliance with relevant codes and standards (BS7671, etc.).
- Participate in the out-of-hours rota.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional conduct at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2391 Testing and Inspection.
- 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
