We’re recruiting for a Sales Progressor to join one of the South’s largest not-for-profit housing providers, helping customers move from reserving their new home to finally receiving the keys. You’ll manage a pipeline of Shared Ownership and Market Sale properties, keeping buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and the internal sales team informed and moving in the same direction. There will be plenty to keep on top of, but this is not a role where you simply update a spreadsheet and hope everything sorts itself out. You’ll spot problems early, chase the right people and help remove anything standing between reservation, exchange and completion.

Why consider it? This is a good opportunity to join an established new homes team where the work has a genuine purpose behind it. You’ll be helping people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives, including customers buying through Shared Ownership who may otherwise struggle to access a home of their own.

Alongside a salary of up to £37,080, the benefits include: 28 days’ annual leave, plus
