Liquid Personnel is looking for a passionate and experienced Ward Manager to lead our client's Charity Organisation based in York.This is a brilliant opportunity for an RMN or RNLD with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across the ward
- Act as a role model for evidence-based, person-centred care
- Lead on admission and discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage staffing, training, and development
- Ensure safeguarding and risk management protocols are followed
- Promote a culture of learning, reflection, and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- RMN or RNLD qualification with current NMCregistration
