Liquid Personnel are recruiting a Supervising Social Worker for a Good‑rated Independent Fostering Agency based in Waltham Abbey. The organisation is led by Directors with both lived fostering experience and senior local authority social work backgrounds, ensuring a strong, realistic and supportive service for carers and children alike. Duties as a Supervising Social Worker:
- Supervise and support allocated foster carers, and their placements, completing all necessary recording and reporting documentation.
- Direct work with children and young people to support better outcomes and stable placements.
- Attend meetings and liaise with professionals to ensure positive outcomes and safeguarding of children in placements.
- Assist in undertaking initial visits, as required.
Requirements as a Supervising Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
