Liquid Personnel are currently seeking a Team Manager to join the Children and Families Team for our client in the South West Region!
As a Team Manager, you will lead and support a team of social workers to deliver services of the highest quality. Ensuring statutory duties and best practice is followed, you’ll develop a team plan in line with Children’s Services strategic objectives and provide management oversight on all cases with a clear understanding of risk. Your role will focus on managing the team’s workflow and quality assuring work through observations, reflective supervision and the quality assurance framework, as well as contributing towards the development of the framework itself. Through building positive relationships with colleagues within both the service and partner agencies, you will ensure we are able to provide support and protection for vulnerable children and young people across the County.
