About the role
Seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop our Family Safeguarding Team. You’ll support a dedicated group of practitioners working to help children achieve their full potential. The role involves building strong relationships across the team and partner agencies, ensuring services are delivered effectively, on time and within budget. You’ll provide high‑quality supervision and champion the needs of children, young people and families.
About us
We are using the Family Safeguarding Model, bringing together a multi‑disciplinary team to support families holistically. Our teams include Social Workers, Domestic Abuse Practitioners, Recovery Workers and Mental Health Workers, working collaboratively to assess and meet the needs of the whole family.
