Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Child Protection Advanced Social Worker to join its clientâs Family Safeguarding Service, based in Swindon. This role sits at the heart of Swindonâs transformation, where the Family Safeguarding Model brings professionals together to focus on relationships, early help and sustainable change for children and families. There is still important work to do, and we are seeking social workers who are confident to challenge, keen to learn and motivated to make a real impact where it matters most. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will:
- Deliver highâquality child protection practice, ensuring childrenâs safety, welfare and lived experiences remain at the centre of all decisionâmaking
- Apply the Family Safeguarding Model to work collaboratively with partner agencies, supporting families to achieve meaningful and lasting change
- Build strong, reflective relationships with children, families and professionals, even where situations are complex and challenging
- Contribute to continuous service improvement, sharing your expertise to influence practice, decisions and positive outcomes
