Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Children with Disabilities Team at Swindon. You’ll join our Disabled Children’s Team, working with children and families who need consistent, thoughtful and skilled support. This is varied, meaningful work. You’ll be involved in everything from assessment through to long-term planning, including safeguarding, care proceedings and supporting children we care for. The team is based at the Salt way Centre alongside partners, which means you can work closely with others to get the right support in place for children and young people.

As an Advanced Social Worker, you’ll also play a key role in supporting others. You’ll help develop practice, offer guidance and supervision, and share your experience with newer colleagues.

You bring strong social work practice, but just as importantly, you bring care, curiosity and the confidence to build relationships with families and colleagues. Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
