What You’ll Do:
- Lead complex cases with confidence and clarity
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues
- Champion values-led, motivational practice that delivers real impact
- Collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to shape outcomes and service
- Work with children under s17/s47 assessments, child protection plans, and child in need cases
- Help us change lives by giving children the best start in theirs.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered with Social Work England
- Completed ASYE
- Happy to travel and use public transport or have a license and access to your own vehicle.
- Significant senior level frontline experience in a safeguarding team.
- Recent experience of case work in Assessments, Child Protection, Children Looked After and Care Proceedings
- Excellent communication, analysis, and safeguarding skills
- Knowledge of key legislation and ability to use a strengths-based approach
