Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support their Adult Social Care Directorate, focusing on Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health services. This role is key to supporting waiting list reduction, proactive reviews, and improving service efficiency across multiple localities.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Deliver front-line Occupational Therapy assessments and reviews across the directorate
- Undertake proactive reviews of care packages to ensure best value and effectiveness
- Support waiting list reduction through efficient triage and intervention
- Reduce duplication between health and social care services
- Review:
- Double-handed care packages
- Waking night support
- Existing care provisions
- Provide guidance to external care providers on safe moving & handling practices
- Work collaboratively across multiple OT teams providing mutual aid where required
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service data collection

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC Registration
- Strong experience within:
- Adult Social Care
- Learning Disabilities / Autism / Mental Health
- Manual Handling experience (essential)
- Strong assessment and review skills
